The Translator could not even believe what he had seen and heard. Did this ASSASSIN just chuckle!? A vermin assassin....... Chuckling? Since when any beast called 'The Angel of Death.' ever chuckle? To top it all. Since when did any Grim Reaper or Death chuckle or giggle or laugh? None. This only proved to him that the assassin must be a newbie or something or maybe just extremely cocky. Which is something that can quickly end a beast's career and his life.
Gang Chenglei spoke in his strange unreadable language again which caused the translator to sputter and almost burst out laughing, but the weasel managed to hold it back. Despite the fact the weasel thought Gang's comment was funny. Gang didn't even grin. He just kept that emotionless face. Which he had kept ever since the stoat and even the weasel had first met him. Which in the case of the weasel. Was a very long time ago.

((Hey, I sent you a PM regarding the little bit above))
Alassa knew in the back of his mind that these creatures were insulting him. "Well, what's it to me? If they aren't brave enough to tell me what the mongoose said, then I'll let it go," he thought. He hated creatures making fun of him, especially if they weren't even brave enough to say it to his face. Almost completely randomly, he blurted out, "The sign of a true warrior is mercy. Do you know what I'm referring to, mongoose?" Herrious was digging into the two creatures again.

(Sorry for the shortness. My lab top killed my intended message.)
The mongoose spoke and the weasel translated "Mercy...... to beasts like knights and warriors. It's a way to show you are willing to give beasts a second chance at life and hopefully change they're ways. To a mercenary. It's just a way of giving beasts a second chance to try to kill you...... "

((Hahaha! It's okay. Mine might be a little short, too.))
Alassa suddenly burst out laughing, "Hahahaha! Mercy! That was a joke! I'm an assassin, and I know not the meaning of mercy." He then turned to the pair, making an appeal. His smile wasn't friendly, but it wasn't cold. It was an assassin's smile, that would make lesser creatures than the mongoose quiver. But Alassa didn't expect the mongoose or even the translator to be intimidated. But he hoped they would get his joke.

Gang was not laughing.... In fact. He did not even seem to understand humor at all, or at least. The Assassin's sense of humor. So he simply shrugged it off and kept walking without even saying anything for the translation to say. He just simply hoped he would get his pay very very very VERY soon.
(Not to sound like a jerk or anything. But when are we gonna make it to this client? I'm running out of idea "excuses" to keep my posts longer than short. XD )

((Oh sorry, I forgot. Well, I guess we'll meet him now. I guess I've made his thread kinda awkward, so sorry :s))
Alassa felt somewhat embarrassed. Oh well... He then spotted a figure in the dark of the woods. It may have been their client. Alassa turned to the mongoose, "Psst, see over there? That's probably our beast." He then disappeared up a tree and silently made his way towards the supposed client, making sure that he was truly the client. It was. Alassa dropped to the ground out of a tree right in front of the client and put his hands out in a gesture of peace. "We have your bounty." His face darkened considerably, "You have our pay... right?"

Thia was just staying perched on a tree near a river feeling a calm smooth breeze. She sighed, "what an amazing breeze is. I love this type of breeze except of what is to come soon." not really talking to anyone in particular. She giggled at her words and thought, "wow how did i manage this one. breezes are very good until fall and winter come in. I don't like it cause it also brings in more creatures who are sick or injured." she curls her brows.
