Alrighty, so on Saturday the 24th at 2:38 pm Eastern Standard time, if no other options are presented we will start the chaos-
...I mean reorganization process, for the site! And implement the new plot to structure everything better, and have the site itself gain attention from otherbeasts, because it is something new and untested.

Just to throw this out there. I don't think we need more new ideas. This plot sounds ace and as far as I know something quite like this hasn't been done before on a fairly cannon Redwall RPG. I think we should roll on with this idea and see where it goes. I'm up for Vrelt being the main bad guy, I think he will be good. Cara's idea of the woodlanders being in tribes is good too. I tried something like that before in a non canon redwall based RPG and the idea was great the site just didn't get going. Although I won't claim to be able to RP much with my hectic lifestyle it will be nice to see the site going somewhere again and I know that Aalai will be pleased too. She doesn't come on any more but I know this site is still dear to her. Roll on the 24th.

So did I. It was just ridiculously hard to keep going as I could never be on at the same time as other members. Damn time difference. I still want get it going again one day though. I am looking forward to seeing what happens with this new idea first.

I have a Colonel and a Lieutenant for the Long Patrol. A recluse squirrel, a sea otter, a ferret sea captain, a mercenary mouse, a random wolf, a hedgehog...a bunch of underlings really with the exception of the Colonel, Lieutenant, and Captain Vau

Haha, it's been years since I was last here, or roleplayed Redwall. ^^ But I must say that I really like the plot idea. For Salamandastron, I'd be willing to play the chef and his daughter, an officer; and I have possible ideas for other characters. Maybe a wildcat doctor, maybe something else, I dunno.

double posting, shame on me. but i would like to propose another playable group of creatures for the plot. I have two characters Lalena and Three who are the second generation of survivors of a slave ship. The story goes that the oar slaves fought back and won there freedom from the vermin slavers. A few of the shrews (Three's parents) decided to keep the boat and form their own pirate band. Any creatures who were done with a life at sea were let ashore on the Mossflower coast line. Lalena's story goes on to say that after her parents were left on shore, they and the other ex-slaves started their own clan that became rather prosperous and because of all of the seasons they had suffered starvation on the oar line that they now considered food to be a status symbol and became a bunch of gluttons. So what do you all say to having a holt(for lack of a better term since a few of the ex-slaves were otters) on the flatlands that is made up of various species? The co-existence of different species is unheard of in the rest of Mossflower country but these beasts were thrust together in extreme circumstances and might be an interesting pattern for the other tribes to look at when they decide to work together to throw off the vermin occupation.

'Twould be interesting to have a mixed group to compare it to divided tribes and holts and whatnot. But should we put them on the plains? Or somewhere else? And of course welcome back Speckle!

well i was kind of thinking that they were so glad to be on land that they didn't feel the need to go much further inland and just stayed pretty close to the coast.
