The blade of th axe caught the berserker in the stomach, spilling pink intestines, and blood to the floor. Even as his eyes clouded over in death's throes he reached out with his claws to grab Darman, his entire body was wracked with blood accented spasms. This dark red substance was currently dripping down his fur. Stiffeening his shoulders he wrapped his arms aorund the Hedgehog, and tried to squeeze, embedding his own body further on the large battleaxe as he did so.
The weasel on the sidelines let out a snarl as his large beast went down. "SHOOT THAT HEDGEHOG!" Up in the trees the two gossipy sisters ndded, and mumbled some nosense statements befrore puting arrow to string and firing at the huge beast. CHildish smiles were placed on both of their faces. "I tinka we gotted him sis." The weasel leader smiled, there were only four to his band of 20, there was no way they could win! Seeing the squirrel dive into the crowd they began to fire arrows straight up, not caring where they fell, except for the area around their boss and his nursemaid.
"Why thanka granny." Raol replied with a grin, the bandages slipping from his face, revealing a network of burn scars underneath, and what seemed to be the white of bones. Seeing her duck and rool, he lumped back just as she kicked up. Then with a moveo f his paws he reached forward to grab her right foot, only to curse as she landed upright again. Changing his movement he spun on one heel and kicked out with the other, using his hands for balance as he fell back. "--which is why I am pretty handsom'. If shes anything like you marm I do not doubt her beauty--or her neasightedness." The smile from earlier was still on his face. Tis is fun! 'QUIT TALKING RAOL AND KILL HER" His master roared. Drawing the male hare from his bout of fun.
Now a few smaller beasts burst from the bushes. They dove for the legs of al around, avoiding anyone wearing their teams colors.

((thank you))
Darman gasped as two more arrows hit him. one in the knee and one in his already wounded shoulder. Throwing the beserker off of him, he noticed where the arrows were coming from and whipped his blowpipe out and fired ten shots in the direction of the two sisters.

Bark saw Darman hit the ground with arrows in him. The white squirrel leaped over the head of a rat to assist his friend, when the large hedgehog got up. "Darman, are you..." His sentence was cut short by a thud too his back. A weasel had snuck up behind him and whacked him with his spear butt; crippling the young squirrel to the ground. Bark cried out, and was gasping for breath as the blow had knocked the wind out of him. He felt his paw slip from the hilt of Martin's Sword, but all Bark could do was gasp for air.
((Any idea when the fight is going to end?))

Darman unleashed a might roar and tackled the weasel to the ground, bringing all of his weight to bear on the weasel's neck, intent on snapping it in two. "Don't worry about me, mate! I'll be fine!" he called to Bark.
((Dunno. Until we kill everybody or Aalai retreats her forces))

Bark silently thanked Darman for getting rid of the weasel, and got up. He retrieved his sword and looked around, it was not good at all. Their were twenty or some odd vermin and only four of them. Maybe they should try and make a run for it and leave while they still could. Darman was horribly injured and they all seemed targeted for him. As Bark was thinking a rat came at him with a spear, which he used his blade to chop in half. "Please, don't kill me!" The cowedly rat begged but it was no use. Bark ran him through with his sword. "Whose next?" He screeched at the mob of vermin.

"What d'ye say, Bark? Should we give them a chance to surrender and let them run away like the cowards they are?" Darman shouted. The vermin had backed off slightly with the exception of the one engaging Verbane.

"Aye, lets go for it. It's not like were gonna' overpower them, might be time to try and scare 'em," Bark spoke in a hushed tone as not to let the vermin here. The two sides were at a standoff, both wielding their weapons at the ready. Blood was everywhere, staining the ground red. Bark could tell that most of the vermin were not trained fighters and were more of lackeys, evidence by how many they had lost without killing one of his band.

Darman unleashed a ear-rupruing roar. He bellowed for almost a full minute unabated. Suddenly, he stopped and looked right at the vermin, paws clenched around his battleaxe and eyes popping. He looked like a rabid beast

Bark pointed his sword right at a ferret. "Come on 'ya cowardly varmits! Were outnumbered, but ye seemed scared to come fight! Come forward and fight!" The ferret melted under the young white squirrel's intense gaze. None of the vermin seemed all too happy at juming out and fighting the three goodbeasts. Bark stood strong, awaiting the frist brave one.
