Urthblayde is a average size for a badger. His face and body are scarred after countless battles. His left eye is missing and has been replaced by a farse gold one. His one remaining eye varies in color from a dark brown to burning red (depending if he is under the influence of bloodlust). His fur is the typical black and white striped, but is matted and torn from years of travel and fighting. Urthblayde dresses in plain green traveling cloak which held in place by a small gold broach.Belongings:
Since Urthblayde is often on the road, he doesn't posses much. Apart from his cloak, the only true possession of Urthblayde's is his broadsword Windsong.Job or Position:
Urthblayde is a warrior, always looking for opportunity to defend those weaker than he.Personality:
Generally, Urthblayde is friendly and and kind and enjoys nothing more than good food, good drink and good friends. However, there is a much darker side to the badger warrior. Due to the tragic events of his past, Urthblayde occassionally suffers from deep bouts of depression and horrific hallucinations.History and Background Information:
In his younger days, Urthblayde led a simple life as a farmer with his parents. One day while they were taking their crop to market however, they were ambushed by a band of vermin bandits. both his parrents were murdered in cold blood. It was this event that responsible for Urthblayde's hallucinations. Fortunately, the young badger managed to escape the onslaught with his uncle Burr. Uncle Burr was an expert swordsman and tought his nephew everything he knew. He also bestowed his young apprentance with a gift, an ancient broadsword known as Windsong due to the sound it made while moving through the air. Upon the completion of his training, Urthblayde made a personal vow, to make sure none would ever have to suffer the same tragedy he had.Any other details:
It is rumored that Urthblayde is related to the legendary brothers Urthwhyte and Urthstripe. This however is just a rumor and has never been proven.
