King: Drask Darkfang (Vrelt)
Queen: Callista Darkfang (Cole)
The King's General: The general is the highest ranked officer and takes orders from nobeast expect for the king. He is in a second in command position and helps the king oversee both the army and navy, the guards, and the rest of managing the island.
Open:
Colonels: There are two vermin officers that command the ground forces of the island, under the orders of the King, of course. One of the colonels is in charge of the guard battalions excluding the Ratguards, while the other is in charge of the main army.
Colonel of the army: Alexander Feron (Vrelt)
Colonel of the guard battalion: Open
Fleet Commander: The beast in charge of the fleet. He helps regulate pirates and the import of food and the like to Riftgard. The commander answers to both the general and the king.
Fleet Commander: Walon Vau (Fred)
Elite Guard Major: Darren Hislek: (Vrelt)
Ratguard Captain: The ratguard captain is, you guessed it, a rat. He is in charge of the elite group of Ratguards that are fanatically loyal to the Pure Ferrets that control the island.

Fleet Captains: A fleet captain is an experienced seabeast that commands a ship of the King's fleet. He takes orders from the Fleet Commander.
All Fleet Captain positions: open
Officers: There are many officers that are under the orders of the above mentioned beasts. They range in species in the army and navy, and are the backbone of Riftgard's military. Though they have limited power, these officers relay orders from their superiors down the the regular soldiers. Officers in the army wear the king’s colors, with gold highlights on their armor, and their weapons varies. Officers in the navy wear tan clothing, with various weapons like the army officers.

Shadow Group: A group of thirty beasts that are the best fighters on the island, they are under the command of the guard colonel and serve as an elite strike force or a special guard to the king. These beasts wear jet black body armor, modified from beast to beast to meet their various fighting styles.
Shadow Group: Open
Soldiers: The vermin of any species that make up the King's army. They wear armor that is stained in the king’s color, and are armed with long spears, a sword, and a bow. The soldiers are trained vigorously by their officers, to keep them in fighting condition and all of them are required to know several different forms of combat.

Seabeasts: The vermin of any species that make up the navy. There is no set uniform in the navy, as it is only just beginning to grow.
Seabeast positions: Always Open
Elite Guards: The elite guard is a group of the some of the best soldiers on the island, comprised of some of the best Ratguards and some of the best beasts from the army. They act as secret police, insuring that the fortress is totally secure from the inside, also they help the regular guard and the Ratguards to protect the island.

Ratguards: Rats who are fiercely loyal to the king and guard him with their lives. The ratguards are some of the most disciplined groups of vermin around, they follow orders with question, one of their best features, but also one of their worst. The ratguards are dressed in standard armor, which is stained forest green, with yellow highlights, and they are armed with many various weapons, depending on their assignment.

Guards: The average vermin beast that is charged with keeping peace on the island and working alongside the Ratguards to protect the king. They also help maintain order on the docks, making sure no pirates get out of paw. Their basic uniform consists of light armor in a dark forest green color, a spear, and a short sword.
