"You gave it to me. You took that risk." The weasel muttered, crossing his arms across his chest. "So it's your loss." He turned about to walk away, but said over his shoulder, "And don't even think of using that bow against me again, or you'll find that it is quite useless in actual combat." He then walked off into the woods, glancing behind him to make sure that the hare wasn't aiming at him. Huh, goodbeasts...

Tunn snorted, disheartened. He had thought that this weasel was going to buy something! Now there was only the hare. The stoat shook off his disappointment and turned to the hare.
"Longbow arrows, y'say? Hmm... Don't have any actual arrows, but I do have fitting arrowheads." He held up a pair of metal arrowheads, razor sharp on the edges and tip, with a pair of barbs pointing backwards right before steel would meet shaft. "You like 'em?"

"But greatswords do well in such combat." Dragon watched the vermin walk away. "Hm? Oh, those? Hm.. nice looking, but utterly useless for my arrows. mine are built for precision." He took out his arrows and showed them to the stoat. the arrows were sharpened at the tip and rounded all the way up to shaft, with 4 pilot fins on the part holding shaft to arrowtip. "I'm sorry. I scared off your customers. What was he looking at, though?"

Tunn took a good look at the hare's arrowheads; nice design, flawless construction... it looked like a Badger Lord's creation. The stoat tried to memorize all the components so he could make some later.
"Ah, some dagger or other. He didn't look much like a swordbeast."Tunn carefully scooped up a pair of shortswords to return them to his bag,"By the look of 'im he could hardly be able to lift one of these. But that's the way of some beasts: They get used to one type of weapon and never try something else."

"I agree completely. Do you sharpen swords? My greatsword could use a tune-up." Dragon took out his greatsword and handed it to the weaponsmith. "Oh, I never asked. What your name?" Dragon took a quick glance around, looking to see if the weasel was still around.

The stoat took the greatsword carefully. Yet another grand spankin' badger-made weapon, he thought, examining the hefty peice of steel.
"Tunndred Zwarg, Weaponsmith at y' service and pleased to meet ya and all that other great stuff,"the stoat chuckled, making him jiggle for a few seconds after he stopped. Tunn took a good look at the greatsword lengthwise and tut-tuted,"Ouch, this one's been pretty well used. Dulled up by battle grime; tiny unoticible mars in the surface. That's how blades get dull. Still, I got a tool that can make it sharp again, but it might take a little bit with a blade of this size..."

"Is this enough to get it tuned-up?" Dragon pulled out a bag of gold and opened it in front of Tunn. "I got this from a bunch of Searats while back. You look like you could use it."

Tunn daintily plucked up one of the gold pieces and winked at the hare.
"Bless yer heart, this is more than enough!", he dropped the gold back into the bag and closed it up again. Then he reached into his own sack and rumaged around for a bit, finally pulling out a curiously-shaped tool. It was almost like a solid block of marble with a tapering notch carved into it. At the thin end of the gap were two square prongs of a much darker stone, and it had a large wooden handle. Tunn set the first edge of the greatsword into the notch and began sliding the odd tool toward the point, making a grinding noise like a slowed-down grindstone.

Dragon cocked his eyebrow. He knew it was more than enough. he had a plan. "Do you think you could teach me? Teach me to blacksmith?"

Tunn stopped sharpening the greatsword for a moment, also cocking an eyebrow. Chuckling, he went back to his job.
"Teach you to smith, eh? Hmm...", the stoat thought for a minute,"You know that that's a big commitment, right? Would a beast like yourself be ready for that sort of thing?"

"What's the worst that could happen? I've already leared how to make arrows, from stem to stern, from the Badgerlord himself!" Dragon looked around again for the weasel, hoping he woruldn't have to fist-fight the guy.

"Hunh. Thought your arrows looked badgery-quality...", Tunn changed the greatsword's position and sharpened another edge, "I suppose I could teach you the basics; sword blades and stuff," The big stoat worked a bit on the greatsword, then stopped as if he'd thought of something: "Yeah. Yeah, I think I will teach you. Need someone to learn my stuff; gettin' old, y'know."

"Now, now, your not THAT old...right?" Dragon watched intuitively as Tunn worked, taking in and absorbing as much psooible info.

"Not that old?! HAW-haw! That's a joke!", the stoat took another pause in sharpening the hare's sword and laughed hysterically, "I'm only about half a century now, you call that infancy? Hawhawhaw!" Still chortling Tunn resumed his sharpening.

"Uh...no. Wait, do you even know how do defend yerself? Like melee combat?" Dragon chuckledin amusement. He wondered if this big stoat had family or something of the sort, but was a tad shy to ask.
