Tunn was not too bad at using a sword, and that skill made him a very lucky stoat: A small movement of Tunn's shortsword put the blade directly in the path of the poisoned dagger, making it bounce off harmlessly. Tunn was a little stunned by the vixen's charge and was not fast enough to strike her before she reached the window. He growled, disappointed that he didn't get his chance to pummel the vixen around for a bit.
---------------------------------------------------------- Rikka whimpered from the pain in his shoulder. He'd never been injured before, and he was not used to dealing with having an inch-thick piece of wood stuck in him. If he could only reach the hallway before the Abbeydwellers came awake of the sleeping draught... He wriggled towards the door, trying ot be as quiet as possible.

Dragon let loose an arrow into the vixen's leg. He knew the impact of the arrow would sent the vixen to the ground. -------------------------------------------------- Nightengale jumped from the window, only to leap from the frying pan into the fire. The arrow hit her dead on her bone, shattering it and sending her spinnig towards the ground. When she landed, her bone was shattered so bad, she couldn't move.

Tunn leaned out the window and winced at the condition of the vixen's leg. He gritted his teeth and glanced over at the hare.
"Ouch. She's gonna feel that in the morning...", A small scuffing noise made the big stoat turn around,"Hey! It's that bird!" He dove after the robin with all the speed the stoat-smith could muster. Which wasn't much, but certainly enough to catch a wounded bird.
---------------------------------------------------- Rikka squwaked in terror; the massive stoat was coming after him! The equally chubby robin made an undignified scramble to get away, but Tunn was right on his tailfeathers.

Dragon lept from his post, jumped onto the ledge, and fired a shot at the injured robin's clothes. He let the stoat finish the robin, and turned his attention to the injured vixen. he jumped of, rockwalling the wall and landing right next to the vixen. "You cant move, that arrow broke your bone. By the looks of the injury, its shattered. Good luck running." --------------------------------------------- Nightengale only had a chance to give the hare one last look before blacking out.

Rikka had never been so terrified in all his life; the wicked robin was used to helpless creatures, not giant obese stoats! His left wing fluttered uselessly, dragging on the ground and slowing him down. Plus, some of the Abbeydwellers were starting to awaken from the sleeping draught he'd drugged them with. The robin tripped over the back of a groaning hedgehog and slid crazily into the wall. In one second Tunn was upon him, one huge paw snaked out and grabbed the robin by his claws. The stoat looked very pleased with himself as he lifted the bird and let him hang upside down.
"Gotcha!"

((brilliant)) Dragon jumped onto the rope and scaled the wall with relative ease. He entered the room in time to see the robin get caught. As that happened, abbeydwellers awoke. one, however did not. The rabbit walked over to the drowsy beasts and checked them all. "Looks like sleeping gas to me. He looked at the one that did not get up. "Damn, he's dead."

The stoat shook the robin lightly, causing the bird to squawk in agony. He lifted the cowardly bird up high so that they were eye to eye. "Well, slimybeak? Did you or your dear old buddy do this?"Tunn scowled dangerously at Rikka. The bird flapped clumsily and eyed the hare and stoat that had caught him fearfully. Tunndred gave the hare a sly look and spoke loudly: "Well, buddy, what should we do with this villian? Toss him off the wall? Tie him to a tree and leave 'im? Or d'you have something else in mind?" Rikka's whimpering rose noticably in volume.

"I bet robin tastes good baked! I wonder what we can do to fatten him up and eat him." he honestly was curious how it would taste, but wasnt eager. He wanted to scare the robin's life out. He quickly gave Tunn a wink from an angle that the robin couldnt see.

"Aaah! But have you ever tried robin roasted with some good beechnut sauce and chives on top? All that good, creamy sauce all slathered on top... Almost makes me want some..." Rikka fluttered more franticly and made some strained whimpering noises, "Hunh, this ol' bird looks fat enough already. Whaddya say, Dragonblade? Shall we start gathering the firewood?" Tunn returned the hare's wink and grinned devilishly. Rikka could take it no longer:
"AKRAKA!! NO EATA ME--PLEHZ!!", the robin chattered,"I-It was the fox's idea! Crraa! I no lie!", the bird said, keeping his eyes out of contact with his captors'...

"If you didnt lie, you would have made eye contact. And she couldnt have made all this up and get all the stuff by herself. You could be the mastermind. And I think that would be nice, Tunn. Roasted robin." He walked up to Rikka, grabbed the swaking bird by the legs and jumped out the window, not before saying to the Abbeydwellers "Be right back." Dragon didnt stop or slow his fall, he just plumeted to the ground and landed with a thud, making sure the ground hit the robin's head.

Tunn leaned out the window. The impact had made the robin bug his eyes for a second before he was knocked out. Heavy bruising was beginning to show on the crown of the bird's head. The massive stoat felt somebeast tap him on the back, and he turned lazily. An old thin mouse drew away from him slightly, him being one of those creatures with an extreme distaste for vermin. "Ahem, er, sir. What... happened here?", the mouse asked. Tunn shrugged. "I dunno: A bad robin, a bad vixen, a hare with a flippin' huge sword, and me. That's all I got for ya." Skirting the mouse with some difficulty, he "hurried" down the last flights of stairs and came back out into the sunlight. Leaning on the nearest wall, the stoat looked at the senseless robin theif with an odd look on his face. "Were you messin' when you said we could eat 'im?", he joked,"It's no more than he deserves, I'll tell ya that."

"Maybe I was, maybe i wasnt." He smiled at Tunn and he grabbed the robin's neck. "Look here, you. What were you doing in redwall? Tell me!" He hoisted the robin into the air and drew his sword onto its neck. "Im waiting..." He gave the robin an evil stare as he waited.

Rikka gurgled groggily and strained to get away from the newly sharpened blade. "Erg...erg...er...Me come for loot, dat alla want! De foxy-vixen stab de mouse--not me! We---CREE! KEEPA STOAT AWAYFUMEE!!!", the robin squealed as Tunn prodded his chubby upper leg. Grinning sheepishly, the big stoat relented. "Sorry. Couldn't help myself...", Rikka gave Dragon a look of 'PLEASE HELP ME...' and shivered fearfully.
